College Station Artificial Grass Installation provides artificial grass and synthetic turf installation, maintenance, and supply services in College Station, TX and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to residential turf installation, commercial turf installation, pet-friendly turf, putting green turf, playground turf, turf for landscaping, and related services as described on this website.

All services are subject to availability and geographic service area. We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site estimates with no obligation to proceed. Written estimates are based on site conditions observed at the time of the visit and the scope of work discussed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Actual project costs may differ from the initial estimate if site conditions change, if the scope of work is modified at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation. We will communicate any material cost changes before proceeding with additional work.

Prices on this website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote. A written estimate signed by both parties governs the actual cost of any project.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your written agreement.

We may reschedule projects due to weather conditions, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and work with you to find an alternative date.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written service agreement for each project. Typical arrangements include a deposit due at contract signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.

Balances not paid within the time period specified in the agreement may be subject to late fees or referral to a collections process. Title to any materials installed does not transfer to the customer until payment is received in full.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Before installation begins, you are responsible for:

• Clearing the work area of furniture, equipment, and personal property
• Ensuring access to the property for the crew on the scheduled date
• Disclosing the location of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or structures in the work area
• Obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins

College Station Artificial Grass Installation is not liable for damage to undisclosed underground utilities or structures. Damage caused by information withheld by the customer is the customer's responsibility.

7. Warranty

Workmanship warranties, if applicable, are specified in the written service agreement. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will assist customers in processing manufacturer warranty claims where possible.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, third-party modifications to the installation, or conditions the customer failed to disclose before work began.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, College Station Artificial Grass Installation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Intellectual Property
